Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Officer (Male/Female) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with a working knowledge of Arabic.

The role requires handling end-to-end import and export customs clearance, ensuring compliance with Qatar customs regulations, and coordinating with local authorities, freight forwarders, and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments. Liaise with customs authorities, shipping companies, and logistics partners. Ensure compliance with Qatar customs regulations and company policies. Monitor shipment status and resolve any customs-related issues or delays. Maintain accurate records of all customs documentation and approvals.

Requirements

Proven experience in customs clearance, shipping, or logistics preferably in GCC.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is Mandatory

Strong knowledge of GCC and Qatar customs rules and procedures. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
