Priority Worldwide is seeking a reliable and motivated

Customs Broker

to join our growing team in Dubai. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth and compliant import, export, and domestic operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Process customs documentation for import, export, free zone, and mainland shipments. Handle BOE processing, delivery orders, and coordinate cargo pickup and delivery. Work with agents, carriers, and airlines to negotiate rates and secure bookings. Prepare and review documentation in CargoWise One, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage customs clearance and filings through Dubai Trade and Calogi portals. Coordinate with consignees, shippers, brokers, transporters, and suppliers. Track and trace shipments while providing proactive communication to clients. Support account executives with quotations, onboarding, and SOP creation. Assist with DG and perishable cargo handling. Maintain strong customer, vendor, and agent relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

5 years or more of Dubai freight forwarding experience

in import/export operations. Strong knowledge of

UAE Government regulations

and customs procedures. Hands-on experience with

Dubai Trade

,

Calogi

, and carrier portals.

CargoWise One experience preferred.

Strong procurement and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills (MS Office; typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred). Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Customer-focused with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
