CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CLERK - DUBAI VACANCY FOR POSITION OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CLERK We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized operations coordinator to assist the operations and CS team with daily business activities and administrative tasks. Job role includes
- DO collect and release, data entry, customs manifest entry, Port & customs website data entry.
- Must be an expert in processing bill of entry and should have strong knowledge of regulations related to customs import/export documentation.
- Handling forwarding operations by air ocean including regular import FCL LCL consolidation.
- Education Bachelor's degree is an advantage in Shipping and Logistics.
- In depth knowledge of air, sea and land freight operations
- Custom Insurance and port appointment knowledge
- Collaborating with transporters to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.
- Knowledge of Jebal Ali & Airport Cargo and E-mirsal 1/2
- Minimum 2 years of Logistics operations experience.
- Proficient in using customs, ports & shipping line booking portals. (MAQTA, ATLP,INTTRA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well under pressure and able to work long hours if required.
- Problem solving & organizational skills, procedural mindset, ability to prioritize.
- Computer literate ( PC applications : World, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in handling shipments all modes of shipments.
- Prior global shipping management experience is highly desirable.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
