Job Description
Our client a UAE Public Organization based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Customer/User Experience Analyst
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Business analysts with experience in Customer Experience design and Customer Journey Map.
The Analyst will assist in the process of User Experience design for different IT systems integrations,
Application’s User Interface and other technology driven user integrations. Implement processes for ensuring optimal user experience.
Scope of work:
Assess current (As-Is) employees User Experience with IT systems, identify the gaps and develop a new User Experience in a holistic way using Customer Journey Maps and considering all IT Systems and services used by the organization employees.
Should work closely with the other team members like Business Analyst, IT System Integration Expert, Process Re-engineering Experts, Enterprise Architecture Expert and act as a subject matter expert to provide the needed inputs and recommendations.
