Customer Support/sales Executive

Job Description

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right pitch Handle customer complaints and show empathy over the calls. Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and chats. Identify interested clients over the phone conversations. Follow communication procedures, guidelines as per the policy. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements and skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Proven sales experience. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Experience working with Igaming. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school diploma.
