Responsibilities
Translate various documents between English and CIS country languages.
Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and client interactions.
Assist in developing and maintaining bilingual content for online platforms and marketing materials.
Attend to phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and efficiently.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills Required:

Fluency in English and CIS country languages with excellent communication skills.
Experience in automotive industry translation and interpretation preferred.
Strong attention to detail and technical terminology understanding.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about the automotive industry.
