1.Provide 24/7 first Level Technical support to all Business/Consumer Fixed Access products (Voice , PABX, Internet, IPTV, PRI line, SIP-Trunk, Data circuits etc)
2. Answer Customer Call directly and handle Etisalat Fixed Technical complaints.
3. Technical and Communication skills to handle and resolve customer technical issues
4. Computer and Technical skills required to work on different Network Management Systems (NMS) and Applications.
5. Computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
6. Ensure the Technical support team are achieving set KPI
1.Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Electronics/Telecommunication/ Electrical/Computer Science with 3 - 5 years' experience.
Diploma in IT/Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Science with 5 - 7 years' experience
2.Technical Competency:
Knowledge on GPON Technology
Knowledge on Consumer/Business Products eg Voice , PABX, Internet, IPTV, PRI line, SIP-Trunk, Data circuits etc.
IP-Networking knowledge
Basic knowledge on Routers, Switches
Technical Troubleshooting skill of above products.
