Job Description

WeaEUR(TM)re looking for a proactive individual to deliver exceptional service across calls, emails, and messages. This role demands dedication to a structured 12-hour shift schedule, ensuring seamless support for our customers. Key Responsibilities: . Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. . Resolve issues promptly while adhering to company guidelines. . Document interactions accurately in the CRM system. . Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction. . Stay updated on product/service knowledge and policy changes.

Requirements: . Prior customer service experience (preferred). . Fluent in English (verbal/written); additional languages a plus. . Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. . Flexibility to commit to 12-hour shifts and rotational leave. . Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria: Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic proficiency is a plus) Prior experience in customer service/BPO roles preferred Age: 21-30 years Valid passport & medically fit for UAE employment and Candidate must be non-Muslim
