We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding Forex trading platforms, account issues, and market-related inquiries.
Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting trading platforms or software.
Address and resolve client queries related to currency pairs, spreads, leverage, margin calls, and trade execution.
Educate clients on Forex market trends, tools, and strategies, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on product improvements.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Forex market to assist clients effectively, even during volatile market conditions.
Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working in customer support or a similar role within the Forex industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Forex market, including currency pairs, trading platforms, margin requirements, and order types.
Strong understanding of trading platforms like MetaTrader 5.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM and customer support tools.
Familiarity with trading analysis, market trends, and basic technical analysis.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others.
