Responsible for providing support and issue resolution by ensuring excellent service was provided across all types of communications with existing clients in each region.
You will be answering clients about all technical support questions, processing requests and maintaining a good company image.
To process client's request and solve issues via live chat, phone call and email by navigating multiple programs while paying attention to accuracy and detail;
To escalate the issue to the appropriate specialist when needed
To update clients on their request status accordingly;
To constantly verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis;
To understand the Company's business functions & roles by attending company seminars and meeting the required assessment target;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills in English & Arabic language
Preferably candidate with at least 1 year experience in call center/BPO/SSC
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
