Job Description

The After-Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction after a product or service has been delivered. This role focuses on customer follow-up, issue resolution, service coordination, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities



Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, finance) to resolve issues Maintain accurate customer records and after-sales reports Provide service guidance and usage support Upsell or cross-sell additional services when relevant Ensure compliance with company standards and service timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability Experience in customer service or after-sales support (1-3 years preferred) Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously CRM software knowledge is a plus Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
