female Arabic-speaking Customer Support representative
to join our team inAl Barsha Heights
.Responsibilities:
Manage WhatsApp customer orders, inquiries, and support Upsell and recommend products to customers Follow up with returning customers to increase loyalty Create simple content videos for social media (product tips, testimonials, etc.) Coordinate with warehouse and marketing teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Female candidate who speaks fluent Arabic

Confident on camera and comfortable creating short videos Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-focused mindset with attention to customer satisfactionCompensation & Benefits:
