Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

Coordinate with internal staff and freelancers to guarantee tasks are completed on time.

Develop and manage a full production line for each project, including:

Detailed contracts for each deliverable.

Clear delivery timelines.

Workflow charts and project roadmaps.

Integration of sample works and external references when needed.

Handle project preparation, setup, and idea generation.

Oversee company photography, daily social media designs, and advertising content.

Support and enhance completed projects by creating presentations in collaboration with designers.

Plan and manage daily content production for social media and marketing campaigns.

Receive projects directly from management and coordinate with clients or team members for delivery.

Provide quick, practical, and creative solutions to overcome challenges and ensure project success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in client relations, account management, or project coordination.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Experience working with both internal teams and freelancers.

Knowledge of contract preparation, workflow planning, and delivery scheduling.

Familiarity with social media and marketing content creation (or ability to coordinate with designers).

Proactive personality with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
