Zainlee Technologies LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced
Customer Success Specialist
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 5 years of experience
in customer success, account management, or a related field, and will be passionate about building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing support for customers
Monitor customer health and proactively address any concerns or issues
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support business growth
Maintain accurate customer records and reports using CRM tools
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in a customer success or account management role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
