Customer Success Specialist (Pharmacy Software)

We are seeking a proactive and pharmacy-savvy

Customer Success Specialist

to join our team in the UAE. This role is critical in ensuring that our clients--primarily pharmacies and pharmacy chains--get the most out of our

F-Pharmacy

platform. You will support their onboarding, training, and daily operational questions while proactively monitoring engagement and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Onboarding & Training:



Guide new clients through setup and installation of F-Pharmacy, both in-person and remotely Conduct structured training sessions on software usage for pharmacists and pharmacy managers Assist in hardware integration (e.g., barcode scanners, printers) during onboarding

Customer Support & Engagement:



Handle all usage-related queries via WhatsApp groups and phone calls Explain features clearly and guide clients through daily tasks and best practices Monitor client usage and flag inactive or confused users to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) Tag or escalate to CSM when issues are strategic, sensitive, or outside scope

Client Retention & Satisfaction:



Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through responsive, high-quality support Proactively follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied and using the system effectively

Product & Industry Knowledge:



Maintain a deep understanding of F-Pharmacy's functionalities, updates, and pharmacy-specific workflows Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and recurring issues

Requirements:



Experience:



Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in the pharmacy, healthcare, or health tech industry Prior experience working in or with pharmacies is

preferred


Skills:



Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users Problem-solving mindset and client-first attitude Familiarity with pharmacy operations, POS, inventory, or procurement is a plus

Other Qualifications:



Fluent in English; proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi is a plus Valid UAE driving license is preferred Ability to travel to client sites for training or issue resolution as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
