Work closely with the marketing department and the Global Head of Business Development to deliver global sales and customer support KPIs across each of our regional presences in Africa, Asia, LATAM and MENA.
Experience and Qualifications (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT 3 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE FROM THE FOREX CFD SPACE)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales or Support; previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is a must.
Minimum of 3 years managing high performing sales and support teams in the Forex or trading industry.
Diploma, Advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma, bachelor?s degree in finance / Business Administration / Economics or related majors.
Excellent understanding of the financial markets.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, positive working attitude, teamwork, and able to communicate effectively.
Have a strong understanding of customer service/sales and client experience.

Drive support and sales for our retail trading accounts by providing the Client Success team with training on trading
platforms, educational resources, guidance, and insight. Ensure global Client Success teams are providing excellent customer service and can communicate with customers in a polite and engaging manner.
Provide quality control and quality assurance over Customer Success team members and managers.
Collaborate with team members to hit and achieve regional sales and support KPIs.
Gather feedback from regional Client Success teams and share with internal stakeholders.
Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company?s market share.
Ensure the Client Success team have all the tools they require to deliver such as CRM management, lead follow up, trading tools, training, and knowledge.
Feedback to marketing and the Global Head of Business Development how marketing campaigns are succeeding or failing in each region.
Ensuring "follow the sun" approach works smoothly to ensure prompt coverage and response time across all inbound channels; WhatsApp, chat, email and inbound calls.
Leveraging CRM data to improve processes and procedures to deliver improvements for clients and the business.
Identifying opportunities to augment our retention capabilities and extend LTV
