Customer Success Executive

Job Description

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Guide clients through onboarding and implementation of Uffizio's software Understand client business requirements and ensure successful system adoption. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients. Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve client queries and feature requests. Monitor client usage, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively address issues. Prepare reports and communicate updates or insights to clients. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to enhance overall experience and satisfaction.

1+ years of experience in

Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support

, preferably in

telematics, fleet management, or SaaS industry

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to understand software platforms and explain them clearly to non-technical users. Proactive, customer-oriented, and solution-focused mindset. * Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
