Urgent Opening: Customer Service Representative (Tagalog Speaker)

Location: Dubai, UAE - Melodica Music Academy

Role Summary:

Join our dynamic team at Melodica Music Academy, the leading music and dance school in the UAE! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our students, parents, and prospects. Your main focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships to retain existing customers, and proactively inviting and converting new customers to join our music and dance programs. If you're energetic, sales-oriented, confident, and passionate about helping people discover their musical talents.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via phone.
Retain and nurture existing students/parents by addressing concerns, following up on satisfaction, and encouraging continued enrollment or upgrades.
Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities, sharing program details, and achieving enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion and retention rates.
Provide outstanding service to create positive experiences and build long-term loyalty.

Key Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Fluent in Tagalog and strong in English (both written & verbal).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales combined with customer service experience.
Previous experience in sales (e.g., telesales, retail sales, education/enrollment sales, or similar) is highly preferred.
Good computer skills and fast typing (minimum ~35 wpm).
Polished appearance, professional demeanor, and confident communication skills.
Must be currently in the UAE, available for immediate join -- no notice period preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
