Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain a neat and well-stocked display, ensuring products are attractively arranged and replenished regularly. Assist in promotional activities and in-store events to attract customers and boost sales. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Observe market trends and competitor activities to help improve sales techniques. Support the development of sales strategies aligned with business goals. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through customer engagement and upselling.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
