Deliver F&B customer service to the highest possible standard and perform duties associated with the operation of ticketing help desk. Requirements: . Minimum 2+ F&B customer service experience, cash handling experience, in a hotel or ticketing field. . To deliver professional telephone skills and administer efficient ticketing systems. . To maintain attendance and complete required reports. . To take admission fees, register participants, sell passes and make other financial transactions, including nightly cash outs and deposits when required. . To perform general clerical tasks. . Answer phones provide information and answer a variety of questions for guests. . To advise and assist guests with sales and bookings. . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . Flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks. . Ability to work with the public and possess excellent public relation skills. .
