Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Services Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle customers\' needs in a proper and timely manner
  • Respond to phone calls from customers
  • Receive visitors and provide them with requested information or direct them to the proper persons
  • Provide solutions to customer issues
  • Assess incoming mails and distribute them in accordance with set procedures
  • Maintain strict customer confidentiality
  • Make sure the reception area is always neat and well organized
  • Conduct any other related role as may be instructed
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should hold a Bachelors Degree in a business related course
  • Applicants must have previous in the same or similar position
  • Good communication and customer service skills required
  • Must be computer literate
  • The applicant must have a good command of the English language
  • Must be analytical with good problem solving skills
  • Asian ladies are required
