Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Update patient records accurately in the electronic medical records system
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and medical terminology.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English Languare.
  • Demonstrates a keen eye for detail.
  • Empathy and compassion for patients and families.
