Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Agent / Tele Sales having 1 - 3 years of experience preferably Female with Tagalog/Arabic/English langauge skills

with a background in BPO or call center environments. In this client-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking

babysitting, nanny, and housekeeping services

. You will handle inquiries, promote our services, manage scheduling, and ensure exceptional support through phone and chatbot communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service via phone and chatbot Promote and sell services using effective tele-sales techniques Manage and update online calendars and scheduling systems Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly Maintain accurate logs of client interactions and sales performance Achieve and exceed sales and service KPIs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in

Customer Service

,

Tele-Sales

, or

BPO/Call Center

roles Excellent communication skills in

Tagalog

and

English

(spoken and written) Comfortable with using CRM systems, communication tools, and scheduling software Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Female candidates preferred (due to the nature of the role and clientele)
