About the Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, representing our services in
Babysitting, Nannies, and Housekeeping
. This role involves handling client inquiries, selling services, managing online calendars, and providing excellent support via phone and chatbot.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-notch customer support via phone and chatbot
Promote and sell services using effective tele sales techniques
Manage online calendars and client scheduling
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales
Consistently meet and exceed service and sales targets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience in
Customer Service, Tele Sales, or BPO/Call Centre
roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with telecommunication tools and scheduling software
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
