You will be responsible for providing professional support to our Arabic-speaking players, ensuring an excellent gaming experience and maintaining a positive player community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely, friendly, and effective
customer support in Arabic
, responding to player inquiries through chat, email, or social media.
Identify and
resolve technical or account-related issues
, and escalate cases when necessary.
Collect and report
player feedback
, helping to improve game quality and user satisfaction.
Maintain a good understanding of the company's games and updates, ensuring accurate and helpful responses.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and communication efficiency.
Assist in community moderation or translation tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic
, with strong communication skills in
Chinese
.
A
genuine passion for games
and a good understanding of player behavior and preferences.
Previous experience in
customer service or gaming support
is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
