Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for supervising customer service agents, monitor ticket inventory and ordering process, supervise daily sales movement report for all stations, and ensure minimal number of customer complains each month by delivering best customer service possible. He/she will also be required to follow health, safety, security and quality procedures of the company. Key Results Accountabilities
  • To assist and mentor agents in handling more difficult transactions.
  • Prepare and collect daily sales from agent and ensure to complete the accurate cash bagging to be handed over to bank security team.
  • To prepare the consolidated reports from the agents per station area assignment.
  • To send the correct and accurate consolidated report on timely manner to Operation Duty Officer.
  • To monitor Customer Service activities in all stations on a daily basis to ensure that we provide quality service to the customers.
  • To oversee kiosk/stations, company assets, ticket stock, inventory and ticket ordering on all water station terminals.
  • To work with management on analysis report regarding complains, ridership and to be able to present to the team key results, as and when the need arises.
  • To report to senior management /personnel all issues pertaining to Customer Service, customer complaints, incidents, etc.
  • Undertake any additional duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
  • To ensure that to be at the station 30 minutes before the operation hours of the service.
  • To ensure that the required staff to be manned at all stations in case of any delays to be covered the affected station until issue resolved.
  • He will be full responsible for handing over of station keys to the agents.
To assist agents in performing the tasks assigned to them and prepare the reports for company in the most accurate manner.
  • Maintenance and control of transport tickets, tickets availability, memorandum, office stationeries and supplies for customer service team.
  • To perform general administrative duties, as and when required by the department.
  • Report any defects or issues in station kiosk or station pontoon and premises
  • Ensure onsite passengers complains handling as per procedure
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding of English language both written & verbal
  • Graduate
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
