Job Key Details:
- Provide customer service support based on the normal business functioning
- Respond to immediate requirements
- Generate sales leads
- Determine and assess customers\' needs to attain satisfaction
- Create sustainable relationships with customer accounts
- Attend to customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions as well as alternatives within the time limits
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Give accurate, valid and complete information to customers
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
- The applicant must be a graduate from a recognized institution
- Practical experience in a customer service role required
- Must be analytical and good problem solver
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Must be computer literate
