Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Staff in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree in a business related course
At least 2 years of experience working in a customer service role
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and must have a solution-oriented mindset
Must be patient and resilient when dealing with challenging customers or difficult situations
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
Should be able to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
