Looking for a Customer service - digital for our client based in Sharjah
- Customer Representatives are to interact directly with customers via: e-mail, phone & social media, with polite language in English or Arabic.
- Reviewing all posts and comments shared by customers on social media, & answering any questions.
- Handling all "offline" sales in Middle East & Internationally.
- Giving correct pricing and product information to customers.
