Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Sales Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the "face to the customer" on behalf of GBI when it comes to the customer sales experience. You will establish and maintain a professional relationship with all direct customers of GBI to assure best-in-class supply chain and logistics services in making GBI products available on time, in quantity, in quality and with the correct documentation. Another element of the role will require you to pro-actively search for new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers. Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Economics or Business Management is preferred
You must have a minimum of three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the same or similar role
Experience in successfully managing claims, enquiries and complaints is a must
Production or workshop experience would be desirable
Excellent relationship building and relationship management skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent English spoken, written and listening skills is essential
