Customer Service / Sales Executive
Job Description
We are hiring candidates for customer service / Inbound sale The candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills Should have good computer-related knowledge Must have experience handling clients calls Job Responsibilities: 1: Taking inbound customer calls for computer-related problems 2: Arranging and scheduling pickups and deliveries of client computers / Gadgets 3: Give quotations and effective communication with the client to get approval 4: Basic accounting 5: Daily sales and service reporting. The candidate should have call center experience with an IT background Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Call center: 1 year (Required)
