Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x88\x99Assisting customer with their inquiries and following up with customers about their order status. \xe2\x88\x99Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. \xe2\x88\x99Coordinating to ensure that deliveries are dispatched in the agreed timeline \xe2\x88\x99Preparing and submitting Invoices in a timely manner for orders that have been processed and delivery to avoid payment delays \xe2\x88\x99Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems. \xe2\x88\x99Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system. \xe2\x88\x99Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors. \xe2\x88\x99Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies. Requirements: \xe2\x88\x99A high school diploma or equivalent. \xe2\x88\x99A bachelor\'s or associate\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be advantageous. \xe2\x88\x99Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous. \xe2\x88\x99Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. \xe2\x88\x99Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. \xe2\x88\x99The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus. \xe2\x88\x99Computer literacy, Competent at MS Excel, and typing skills. \xe2\x88\x99An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
