Reports to: Store Manager

What You'll Do:
- Welcome & assist customers with products, services & orders
- Manage activations, upgrades, SIM swaps & account updates
- Troubleshoot & resolve billing/payment issues
- Provide accurate info on DU products, services & promotions
- Maintain CRM records & ensure excellent service delivery
- Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction & service quality
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of DU/Etisalat retail experience
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset & empathy
- Goal-oriented, sales-driven & tech-savvy
