: Robust Hoses LLC is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong background in logistics, specifically in import and export. Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings is a plus. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.Responsibilities
:Handle customer inquiries and provide support Manage logistics operations, including import and export processes Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments Resolve any issues related to logistics and customer service
Requirements
:Experience in logistics, particularly in import and export Strong customer service skills Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings is advantageous Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
