: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in Customer service / Sales. Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings is a plus. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.Responsibilities
:Handle customer inquiries and provide support Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments Resolve any issues related to customer service/sales
Requirements
:Experience in customer service, sales and logistics Strong customer service skills Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings is advantageous Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
