We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, providing order tracking updates, resolving inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding orders, shipments, and tracking updates.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with order-related queries, complaints, or updates.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our system.
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
Assist in preparing reports or summaries related to customer queries and trends to help improve service quality.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for record-keeping and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries calmly and professionally.
Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus but not mandatory
