We are seeking two dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our retail team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an attractive store environment. Your role is crucial in representing our brand and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence:
o Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating the products they need.
o Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions.
2. Product Knowledge:
o Stay up to date on product details, features, benefits, and new arrivals.
o Share knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
3. Store Presentation:
o Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
o Maintain product displays according to company guidelines and merchandising standards.
4. Cash Handling and Transactions:
o Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system.
o Handle cash, credit card payments, and issue receipts.
5. Professional Appearance:
o Maintain a professional and polished appearance, adhering to the store's dress code and grooming standards.
o Represent the brand positively through courteous, respectful, and professional interactions with customers and colleagues.
