Manage customer calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products and services. Assist in resolving customer concerns and follow up when needed. Maintain proper documentation of interactions and support activities. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company service standards.
Requirements:
Fluency in
Malayalam and English
(spoken and written). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous customer service experience is an advantage. Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.What We Offer:
