Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly individual to join our bakery team as a
Cake Order & Customer Service Executive
.Key Responsibilities:
Take cake and bakery orders from customers in a professional and polite manner. Maintain accurate inventory records and request materials on time. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management. Communicate with customers with good behavior and provide excellent service. Manage and update WhatsApp Business with promotions, new items, and offers. Keep online menu platforms updated with correct items and prices. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely order handling.
Requirements:
Previous experience in bakery, cafe, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage). Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and online menu platforms. Organized, reliable, and customer-focused.
Salary:
AED 1800 - 3000 (based on experience)Duty Hours:
9 hours per dayWeekly Off:
1 dayJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
