Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls Generate sales leads Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules Promote services, products and discounts on social media
Qualifications :
1-2 Years Customer Service Experience in UAE Fluent in English language and Negotiation / Sales Skill Pay - AED 2500- AED 3000 per month Proven work experience in Beauty or similar role Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care) Basic bookkeeping knowledge Excellent organizational skills Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
