Gulf Project Solutions (GPS) provides integrated support services, logistics and capabilities to Clients in various industries like - Defense, Oil & Gas and Commercial sectors. Headquartered in Kuwait, we operate in the Middle East, Europe and the US. We are seeking a CSR that will provide professional concierge-level customer service. You will be on the frontline assisting GPSaEUR(TM)s implementation team to support and strengthen the partnership with our Clients in KSA (Al Khobar/Riyadh). Core Responsibilities/Operations Support - Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, government authorities and colleagues. - Provide friendly, proactive assistance to all clients - Assist with scheduling services, appointments, visas/permits, site visits etc. - Coordinates and Conducts property and vehicle inspections, deliveries, service for all company-leased assets - Ensure compliance with all administrative activities (sponsorship, accommodation, fleet)
What We Value: Professionalism, Integrity, Reliability, Quality Required Qualifications: Education: Undergraduate Degree (College/University) or equivalent Experience: 2 years of responsible experience within a Customer Service environment Heavy Public Contact (experience in hospitality, call center or general clerical is desirable) Other Requirements: Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English (Arabic is desirable) Local KSA Drivers License Residence in Riyadh or Al Khobar preferred.
