Job Description

We are seeking a

Customer Service Executive (Arabic Speaker)

to join our Mall Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to mall visitors, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping and visitor experience in line with mall standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist mall visitors in a professional and courteous manner Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in both

Arabic and English

Provide accurate information regarding mall services, promotions, events, and tenant locations Coordinate with security, maintenance, and tenants to resolve customer issues promptly Maintain records of customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution Support mall events, promotions, and customer engagement activities Ensure compliance with mall policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards Assist in managing lost and found items

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred)

Fluent in Arabic and English

(mandatory) Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in customer service, preferably in

mall management, retail, hospitality, or facilities management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
