Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsive Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp for our Cafe The role focuses on replying to messages, taking orders, answering questions, and providing excellent customer support in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities o Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp promptly and politely o Answer questions about menu items, prices, availability, and delivery o Take and confirm customer orders accurately o Follow up with customers when needed o Handle basic customer complaints or issues professionally o Coordinate with the kitchen & cafe/team when required o Maintain a positive and helpful brand tone at all times Requirements o Strong written communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus) o Experience in customer service, hospitality, or online support preferred o Familiar with WhatsApp Business o Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented o Able to work during busy hours and respond quickly o Basic knowledge of food/cafe operations is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
