Customer Service duties and responsibilities generally include:
Answering phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
Responding promptly to customer questions, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Guiding customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes on the website or mobile app.
Assisting clients with processing payments.
Booking courier services for customer deliveries and returns, and following up on the status of shipments.
Providing Arabic translation support to ensure clear communication for Arabic-speaking customers.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further support.

Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
