We are a growing international e-commerce company managing several brands in lifestyle and family products. We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai and help us deliver a great customer experience across all communication channels.
Your Role
You will be responsible for assisting customers through email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media, managing orders and deliveries, and coordinating with logistics and suppliers. You'll also help maintain a positive brand image by managing comments and feedback on social media.
Main Responsibilities
Respond to customers via email, chat, WhatsApp, and social networks.
Handle delivery issues, tracking, and carrier disputes.
Manage exchanges, refunds, and order updates.
Moderate and reply to comments on social media platforms.
Communicate with logistics teams and factories regarding shipments and product feedback.
Track and report common issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken French and English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in e-commerce customer support is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working with CRM tools (Crisp, Zendesk, or similar).
Organized, empathetic, and proactive.

Profil recherche
Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale.
Bonne maitrise du Francais et Anglais.
Experience dans le service client e-commerce (un plus).
A l'aise avec les outils CRM (Crisp, Zendesk, ou equivalents).
Sens du service, rigueur et reactivite.
