Handle registration, appointments, and billing while ensuring the accuracy of client information.
Provide information and assistance via in-person inquiries, phone, or email regarding appointments, opening hours and services.
Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and printing forms using Microsoft Office tools.
Communicate client feedback and service requests to relevant departments promptly.
Requirements
College diploma or higher (majors in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Customer Service preferred).
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; responsible, and service oriented.
Willing to work on a shift schedule.
Previous experience in a hospital, customer service, or front desk role preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
