We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies.
Assist clients with service requests, documentation, and administrative processes.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative support is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
Fluency in English Language is an advantage.
