Key Responsibilities:
Receive holiday homes client inquiries
Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
Successfully close holiday homes bookings
Answer calls from customers and direct them to the right department
General Administrative work if needed
Requirements:
Able to work on our late-night shift (
Mon-Fri
: 5PM - 9PM Onsite & 11PM - 3AM Work From Home //Sunday
: 10AM - 6PM Work From Home) 1+ years experience as customer service representative or dealing with clients preferred. An excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English.
