CUSTOMER SERVICE



We are looking for a

Customer Support / E-Commerce Agent

to manage end-to-end customer communication and order support. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and delivery partners while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

You will be the

first point of contact

for customers--handling emails, messages, and calls, resolving issues, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction from order placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer

emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls

regarding orders, deliveries, products, payments, and returns Guide customers through the

ordering process

, explaining product details, offers, and policies clearly Verify and accurately update

customer and order information

in the system Coordinate with

logistics and delivery partners

to schedule, track, and monitor shipments and book the orders on daily basis with the logistic company Proactively

follow up on delayed, failed, returned, or disputed deliveries

Keep customers informed about

order status, delivery timelines, and resolutions

Handle complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and outcomes in CRM tools Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support

Required Skills & Qualifications



Prior experience in

customer service or call center

, preferably in

e-commerce or retail

Strong

verbal and written communication skills

in English (Arabic is a plus) Comfortable using

CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools

Basic proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong

problem-solving skills

and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a

fast-paced online retail environment
