Job Description

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive and smooth experience for patients and visitors at Padra Medical Centre by handling inquiries, appointments, registrations, and service-related concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities



Greet patients and visitors courteously and assist them with registrations and inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries related to services, doctors, and timings Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow Address patient complaints and escalate issues appropriately for quick resolution Maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Management System (HMS/CRM) Explain hospital services, procedures, and billing-related information clearly to patients Support billing and insurance coordination as required Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and service standards Collect patient feedback and support service quality improvement initiatives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Empathy and patience while dealing with patients and attendants Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Basic computer skills (HMS, CRM, MS Office) Team-oriented with a professional attitude

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
